Chef Gregory Sajovic prepares the popular Carinthian Käsnudeln as well as classic Austrian dishes and seasonal specialties for you for lunch. In addition, 2 lunch dishes are offered from Monday to Saturday.
The legendary SANDWIRTH hazelnut pudding is, of course, always in season .
The Sandwirth is cooking vegan
We have noticed that our guests are more and more often asking for certain dishes, be it due to an allergy or intolerance, an increased health awareness or ethical reasons. Through the vegan cuisine we can meet these special and very different requirements . Our vegan cuisine orientation pervades all areas, starting with breakfast, to lunch, to menus, buffets and meeting breaks. Furthermore, we prepare a vegan buffet corner offer at every Sunday brunch you can find vegan crudité pies & energy balls, which are both sugar and gluten free and even in our desserts showcase!
Our restaurant staff recommends excellent wines or beer to accompany our dishes.
